Jihadists movements are not only involved in terrorism and violence. They are also deeply involved in propaganda and meme warfare including here on Facebook. Sure some of this propaganda is aimed at recruitment of those sympathetic to their cause, but much of it is aimed at confusing, demoralizing, and manipulating those who oppose them. So it seems there is a stupid trend going on on social media since the attacks in Paris on Friday. Articles about previous terrorist attacks in other countries are being publicized as if they occurred concurrently, and quite dishonestly, as if they were not reported on or deeply mourned and condemned.
